A man and woman are facing charges in Wayne County after allegedly kidnapping a woman for three days.
The Sheriff's Office says 38-yr-old Elijah Jenkins and 40-yr-old Amber Miller kidnapped the woman on February 20th and moved her to multiple locations in Rose, Arcadia and Newark until she agreed to sign over the title on her truck to them.
Jenkins allegedly threatened the woman with a pistol before stealing the title to the truck and the truck itself.
Jenkins is charged with 2nd degree kidnapping, 1st degree robbery and two counts of 4th degree grand larceny.
Miller is accused of fighting deputies when she was arrested at her home so she added resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration with kidnapping and grand larceny charges.
Oh, and she apparently was arrested last summer by State Police in Sodus for possession of a metal pipe and crack cocaine.
