Debate: Does A Straw Have One Or Two Holes?

The internet has drawn down some very famous debates as of late. Blue or gold dresses, how would a horse wear jeans, what did Grover from Sesame Street just say to name a few. Here's one that divided Reddit into three camps over the burning question: "Does a straw have one or two holes, and why?" Team one side offers up such evidence for their position as, "One cause there's nothing in between," while the two siders claim there's a top and bottom hole. Meanwhile, there's an entire other argument for neither, with those acolytes likening a straw to plumbing, saying, "An ideal straw has no holes. It is a pipe. If it had a hole, it would leak." Where do you fall in this all-important debate?
