The 4th man was sending us photos of this incident as it was going on last Friday and now we know the full story, at least according to the Wyoming County Sheriff's Department.
Short version: two men and a woman were inside a vehicle parked on the side of Hathaway Road in the Town of Castile with 5 and 6 year old kids in the back seat. One man had already OD'd and had his life saved by the Deputy who administered Narcan on scene. The other man started to OD while in police custody and was taken to the hospital.
Marco Ramirez was found to be in possession of Fentanyl, a crack pipe and other drug paraphernalia.
Our Freak Of the Week Candidate is Amanda Dalrymple. She is accused of driving under the influence as well as possession of Fentanyl and other drugs.
The third passenger Quinn Pritchard, who is Amanda's fiance according to Facebook, was arrested for possession as well.

FULL POLICE REPORT:
Three adults were arrested and jailed following an incident on Hathaway Road in the Town of Castile. A Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputy was on patrol when they located a vehicle stopped roadside on Hathaway Road. The Deputy stopped to investigate and found a male occupant in the front passenger seat who was unresponsive and not breathing. Other adult occupants inside the vehicle had not called for help, and they told the Deputy the male was fine. The Deputy pulled the male out of the vehicle and administered intranasal Naloxone, a drug used to reverse opioid overdoses. The male began to breathe after several minutes and regained consciousness after approximately 7 minutes. He was transported to the Wyoming County Community Hospital by Silver Springs Ambulance where he was treated and released. Later in the incident, a second male from the same vehicle began to overdose while in police custody. He was transported by Medic 80 to the Wyoming County Community Hospital where he was treated and released.
Two children, ages 5 and 6, were in the back seat of the vehicle. Perry Police Department officers responded to the scene to assist, and the Perry Central School Resource Officer assisted with removing the children to a safe place. New York State Park Police and New York State Police from the Warsaw Barracks also responded to assist at the scene.
An adult male,Marco Ramirez, was in the rear seat of the vehicle with the children. He was found in possession of suspected Fentanyl, a crack pipe, a rolled up dollar bill with white residue, a hypodermic syringe, and other drug paraphernalia. Through investigation, it was found that while police were reviving the male overdosing, Ramirez had taken the bag of suspected Fentanyl and hid it on his person to prevent police from locating it.
The driver of the vehicle was Amanda Dalrymple. She was found to be in possession of suspected Fentanyl, multiple partial doses of Buprenorphine (Suboxone), and drug paraphernalia. She was arrested at the scene for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. A Drug Recognition Expert from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office conducted a drug influence evaluation with Dalrymple and determined her ability to operate a vehicle safely was impaired by multiple categories of drugs.
A third male passenger in the vehicle,Quinn Pritchard, was found to be in possession of suspected Fentanyl, Marihuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Amanda Dalrymplewas charged with:
· 2 counts of Aggravated DWI With a Child in the Vehicle (Leandra’s Law) –Class E Felonies
· Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs
· Driving While Ability Impaired by the Combined Influence of Drugs
· 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child
· 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree
· Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree
She was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court where bail was set at $15,000.00 cash bail / $30,000.00 bond.
Marco Ramirezwas charged with:
· Tampering With Physical Evidence –Class E Felony
· Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree
· Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument
· 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child
· 2 counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree
He was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court where bail was set at $15,000.00 cash bail / $30,000.00 bond.
Quinn Pritchardwas charged with:
· 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child
· Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree
· Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree
· Unlawful Possession of Marihuana
He was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court where bail was set at $5,000.00 cash bail / $10,000.00 bond.
All three defendants were scheduled to return to the Town of Castile Court on April 8, 2019 for further proceedings.
