Three Busted In Rochester With a 'Wealth of Drugs'

We're not exactly sure what a "wealth of drugs" is but State Police say they found it in the car that these three goobers were in last week.

Amos Hall, Kenneth Allen and Terry Allen are all facing multiple charges after getting pulled over by Troopers in the City of Rochester on March 7th at 9 p.m.

PRESS RELEASE

On March 7, 2019, at approximately 9:00 p.m., the State Police in Rochester made a traffic stop on Rialto Street in the City of Rochester as part if the “Operation GIVE” (Gun Involved Violence Elimination).

Following the stop, Troopers discovered a wealth of drugs in the vehicle and on the three occupants.

Amos T. Hall, age 30, of Rochester, was a passenger in the vehicle. He was subsequently charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree; (Intent to Sell); One count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Kenneth C. Allen, age 69, of Ontario was a passenger in the vehicle. He was subsequently charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree; ( Intent to Sell), and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.

Terry J. Allen, age 21, of Ontario was the driver. He was subsequently charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree; (Intent to Sell); Criminal Possession of Narcotic Drugs in the Fourth Degree; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Troopers found 10 grams of heroin; 37.7 grams of cocaine; 1.2 grams of marijuana; 5 suboxone strips and syringes distributed in the vehicle and on the three individuals. All were remanded to jail, pending arraignments.
