A teenager is accused of attacking a UPS driver in Irondequoit. The incident happened Wednesday afternoon as the driver was making a delivery at East Ridge Manor Apartments. Police say the driver came in contact with a 17-year-old who left a nearby apartment after an argument with relatives. They say the teen started arguing with the driver and attacked him.The 17-year-old has been charged with misdemeanor assault and criminal obstruction of breathing.Police are not releasing the teen’s name.
