57-year-old Lorie Litolff is accused of leaving the scene of an accident.
A little after 5 o'clock Friday she was driving a car on Lake Street in the Village of LeRoy when a man exited the vehicle while it was moving. The man hit his head when he fell and his hospitalized.
The Daily News caught up with a member of the man's family and have the latest on his condition.
