A 20-year-old man from Rochester is accused of threatening to share sexually explicit photos of 13-year-old girl. Tanner Albers has been charged in the sextortion scheme. Police say Albers obtained a compromising photo of a girl who lived on the Navajo Indian Reservation in Arizona then threatened to expose it to her Facebook friends if she did not send him more pictures and video. The girl sent sexually explicit video. Facebook flagged the posts and it was reported to the Cyber Tip Line. The calls go to NCMEC. The FBI says, in September, Albers drove 2,043 miles to Navajo County, where he was arrested for forcibly restraining and repeatedly raping a separate underage victim. He faces seven criminal counts in that case.Sheriff's investigators seized the black Samsung cell phone in his possession. Investigators raided his home in Rochester and seized a 16GB thumb drive. Albers has been charged in federal court with enticing a child into a sex act and into producing child pornography. He's also charged with receiving child pornography. He is being held without bail in the Navajo County Jail.
