His real name is Timothy Williams and he is facing misdemeanor DWI charges after Houston Police say they found him passed out behind the wheel of a car in traffic.
Houston PD spokeswoman Jodi Silva said he was found passed out with his foot on the brake in a moving lane of traffic.
Williams apparently failed the field sobriety tests but BAC hasn't been made public yet.
