There's something wormy going on at the McDonald's in Lyons.
Two separate customers have reportedly found worms at the bottom of their drink cups in recent weeks----Samantha Giles on March 7th and the Confer family on April 10th. News 8 was able to speak with both of them.
The restaurant is being investigated by the Wayne County Sheriff's Office and the State Department of Health.
