Wease's friend Mike Donahue (owner of Premium Mortgage) lives a good portion of the year in Ft. Lauderdale very close to where Wease's condo is. They hang out a lot and have become great friends.
One of their regular spots is a bar/restaurant where behind the bar they have a LIVE woman who dresses as a mermaid and swims back and forth for the entertainment of the bar patrons.
So, Mike Donahue, who may have tipped the mermaid on duty a pretty penny, decided to surprise his friends. They were at the bar, Mike disappeared, and a few minutes later they saw this hahahahaaaaaaaa:
