Amanda Bennett is 27, from Henrietta, and is accused of driving drunk with drugs on the car in Livingston County.
Sheriff Tom Dougherty's crew stopped Amanda on East Avon Lima Road on April 17th for an alleged traffic violation.
Amanda failed the field sobriety tests and later tested at .14 percent B.A.C. on the breathalyzer.
The deputy also found Bennett had cocaine on her. She's charged with DWI and 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
