Bystanders rescued a woman trapped inside of her car in Philadelphia and it was recorded on video. The video starts with the car about halfway under water and two guys trying to figure out how to get the doors open. Then, a third guy with a tire iron swims out to help break the windows. They pull her out of the car just as a rowing crew comes by and tosses life jackets into the water. The car goes under soon after.
