A man was filmed stealing a vehicle at a car wash in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The security video caught the man standing by the vacuum cleaner while a woman is working on the passenger side. The thief jumps in and starts pulling away. A man tries to get back into the car, but can't. The woman hangs on and runs alongside it, but has to let go.
