Former Buffalo Bill EJ Manuel to Retire

EJ Manuel, who was the No. 16 overall selection in the 2013 NFL draft by the Buffalo Bills, has decided to retire. In four seasons with the Bills, Manuel started 17 games. He threw 19 touchdowns and 15 interceptions. Manuel signed with the Oakland Raiders, spending the 2017 season as a backup to Derek Carr. The 29-year-old quarterback was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs this offseason to compete for a backup job behind 2018 NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes.
