Pauly Speaks To Culinary Students At MCC

I had the chance to speak to a classroom of hospitality students at Monroe Community College yesterday. The students were mostly "back of the house" prospects in training.. and my expertise (if you can call it that) has to do with packaged food, but I talked to them about how a packaged version of one of their best dishes could be a natural brand extension.
