FOTW: Driving Under The Influence & Without A License In Livingston County

Our Freak Of The Week for the final week of May is the lovely Sherry Carmon from Groveland, NY.

The 51-year-old was arrested after getting pulled over on 390 by a Livingston County Sheriff's Deputy for a violation of traffic law.

The Deputy thought she was drunk, performed field sobriety tests with her and Carmon failed.

Later, at the Sheriff's Office HQ, she blew a .07% BAC. The sergeant conducting the test also determined Carmon was under the influence of a stimulant, depressant and cannabis and could not operate a vehicle in a safe manner. ALSO, she was driving with a suspended driver's license.

Carmon was arrested and charged with "Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Driving While Ability Impaired by a Combination of Drugs and Alcohol, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree."

During the initial traffic stop, a passenger in the vehicle, 48-year-old Donald Majchrzak from Greece was found to be in possession of Oxycotin which he did not have a prescription for and was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
