Seabreeze Requiring Teens 17 and Under to be Accompanied by Adult

Seabreeze Amusement Park has a new admission policy. Anyone under age 17 must be accompanied by an adult on Saturdays and Sundays. The new policy went into effect on Saturday, June 1. Each adult can accompany up to five youths and must be present at the time each of the children goes into the park. They also must stay in the park for the entire time the children are in the park. The adult chaperones can be family, guardians or supervising adult over the age of 21 with a valid photo identification card.The chaperone policy will only be enforced on the weekends when attendance is highest. Park security is checking IDs at the gate. Park officials say there was not a specific incident or complaint at the park was cited for the change. Anyone who has a season passport to Seabreeze or is going to the park as part of a group sales ticketed event is exempt from the admission policy.
