The Orleans County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Holley man in connection with the death of another man in Orleans County.
28-year-old Logan DiPilato is accused of selling fentanyl to Mark Kinsey.
Kinsey, who was 35, was found dead on June 1st by his girlfriend in Clarendon.
The Sheriff's Office says that DiPilato sold four bags of fentanyl to Kinsey which caused his fatal overdose.
DiPilato is charged with criminally negligent homicide, and other drug charges.
