Everyone is telling us that the young woman at the center of the beat down was trying to get out of a gang, and in order to do so it was required that she get her butt beat down.
A source tells Kimberly that the victim in this video is not cooperating with the police investigation. However, RPD Captain Jeff Koehn tells News10NBC that other people have come forward and provided valuable information.
The RPD says the victim was (surprisingly) treated and released from a hospital.
