Back on 7/2 around 2:30 p.m. Avon Police and Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Sacket Road in the village to investigate a domestic disturbance. When they arrived they learned the suspect, 45-year-old Kelly Easton had driven off and was under the influence.

A deputy was able to track her down on Rochester Road in the town of Livonia and after she failed the roadside sobriety tests. The breathalyzer test showed Easton had a BAC of .26% more than 3 times the legal limit.

A records check also showed that her driver's license had been revoked in February 2007 for a DWI related charge.

Easton is charged with:

  • Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st degree (the charge was a felony due to the DWI related revocation)
  • Driving While Intoxicated
  • Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC greater than .18%,
  • Traffic violations
