Another Freak Of the Week Candidate from Livingston County.
63-year-old Russel Maurer is in big trouble after an incident on June 28.
The Livingston County Sheriff's Office says they responded to a home on South Lima Road on that date around 6:30 a.m. for a possible domestic disturbance and when they arrived, they found Maurer driving down the road on a lawn tractor.
The investigation revealed Maurer went to the home and started throwing stuff out of a barn while arguing with the resident. Problem is though, Maurer had an active court issued Order of Protection against him by the resident of that property.
Maurer is facing a 1st Degree Felony Criminal Contempt charge. It's a Felony because of a prior conviction in August 2018.
