This couple is are facing multiple charges after allegedly stealing a car on West Main Street in Batavia in the overnight hours of Wednesday July 10th to Thursday the 11th.
Kyle Hawley, 29, and Marissa Brennan, 26, were eventually arrested inside the stolen vehicle in Churchville, after being observed Friday morning in Bergen.
Both Kyle and Marissa are charged with:
- 2nd degree grand larceny
- 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument
- criminal mischief 4th
Kyle is also facing 3rd degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
According to the 4th man, not too long ago they were a good looking couple, but drugs will do a number to your mugshot.
