Kimberly & Beck spoke with Rachel Walters today. Her Jeep got smashed by an Amtrak train back on July 7th and she says it got stuck on the tracks in Savannah.
She was a little upset with some of the reporting on the accident, specifically the Times of Wayne County.

She does take responsibility for the accident, but refutes some of the claims being made including that this was an insurance scam.
