His latest arrest was for possession of crack cocaine after a traffic stop on 390.
A Livingston County Deputy stopped Roger Yencer around 2:30 a.m. on July 21st for a traffic violation. During a roadside investigation the deputy found the crack.
Yencer is facing 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A Misdemeanor.
