We got tipped off on this one by a 4th Man earlier this week who wanted to thank the Monroe County Sheriff's Office for a quick response to this situation over the weekend.
Today the Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of 22-year-old Deyshawn Bice, 21-year-old Jared Sampson and 23-year-old Terrance Jones, all from Rochester, for their alleged involvement in illegal activity on August 2nd and 5th.
