Gananda Teacher, Penfield Cheerleading Coach Killed in California

The Gananda Central School District says English teacher Alexandra Fee was killed while on vacation in California. Fee was struck by a car. Fee taught at the high school for five years. She was also a cheerleading coach for the Penfield Central School District. Gananda Central School District Superintendent Shawn Van Scoy broke the news of the passing of English teacher Alexandra Fee in a letter sent to parents, to families. "It is with great sadness I share that our high school ELA teacher, Miss Alexandra Fee, passed away after a tragic accident while on vacation in California," Van Scoy said in the letter. "In Alex’s five years with Gananda Central School District she touched many lives; high school students, staff, and community members alike."
