Fairport Man Accused of Driving Drunk With Child In Car

A Fairport man was arrested on felony charges after he was allegedly driving drunk with his three-year-old child in the car. Sheriff Thomas Dougherty says a deputy stopped Dylan Holmes, 26, in Dansville. He was taken into custody and charged with DWI and accused of violating Leandra's Law. According to The Livingston County Sheriff's Office, Holmes was also in possession of marijuana. Holmes' license had been revoked because of previous DWI convictions.
