This lovely couple is Richard and Jane Justice. If you don't recall, they are facing over 70 counts of cruelty to animals and failure to provide food and water to an impounded animal after investigators searched their home in Naples back in July.
Richard (65) and Jane (70) lived in a now condemned home on Lawyer Road with 85 dogs. 80 of them have been surrendered to the Ontario County Humane Society, and the good folks there are trying to get custody of the other 5 dogs.
