Wyoming County Woman Arrested For Allegedly Hitting Teens, Killing Dog

A Wyoming County woman is facing charges in connection to a hit-and-run that injured two girls and killed their dog. New York State Police say Lauren Hall, 27, swerved onto the lawn and hit the two teens and their dog last week. It happened on Dutch Hollow Road near State Route 78 in the Town of Sheldon.The 12-year-old suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. The 14-year-old had minor injuries. Hall is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief, leaving the scene of a serious personal injury accident, leaving the scene of an injury to animals, and moving from a lane unsafely. Hall is due back in court in September.
