UPDATE: First Responders Attacked Assisting 2 People Involved In Rush Crash

Mugshots for the two people involved in the incident, 30-year-old Daniel Erwin of Dansville and 24-year-old Dominique Lippa of Webster, are above.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office also released information about their arrest.

Due to concerns of possibly being under the influence of an illegal substance, Erwin and Lippa were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for evaluation and treatment. Upon release from the hospital, Erwin and Lippa were arraigned in Rush Town Court on charges of Burglary 3rd and Assault 2nd. Both are being held in the Monroe County Jail, Erwin on $20,000/$40,000 and Lippa on $15,000/$30,000. The investigation is ongoing. Additional charges may be forthcoming.
