We now know more on the backstory of Laura DiCampli, the 31-year-old Naples woman accused of vandalizing the 9/11 Memorial in Geneva. Geneva Police also say she vandalized a World War II Memorial.
Kimberly & Beck spoke today with Laura's older brother Mike. Mike explains that Laura has been suffering severe mental health issues that began after she was raped while serving in the Army. Laura's conditioned worsened after her husbands death.
