Former Judge Representing Teen Accused Of Stealing Unmarked Police Car

Look who is back! Former Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio is back to practicing law on the other side of the bench and is representing 17-year-old Geoffrey Rogers.

Rogers is accused of stealing an unmarked police car out of a police lot on Mt. Read Boulevard on August 26. Police say he also threatened a man with a BB gun at a gas station. He's facing charges of grand larceny, unauthorized use of a vehicle, menacing and false reporting of an incident.

Astacio says they are trying to work on a plea deal with the Monroe County District Attorney's Office.

In things that 'really' matter Kimberly, the Queen of the Fashion Police, says she isn't a fan of Astacio's new hair style. You can check it out starting around the 35 second mark in News10NBC's video below.
