23-year-old Wade Wilkinson from Bolivar is a candidate for Freak Of The Week thanks to this tremendous jack-o'-lantern neck tattoo.
The Livingston County Sheriff's Office says Wade was riding in a vehicle being driven by 27-year-old Kyle Vaughn from Little Genesee back on September 15th. A deputy pulled the vehicle over on 390 for a traffic violation.
A roadside investigation revealed the duo were in possession of:
- 120 bags of heroin
- 52 bags of crack cocaine
- methamphetamine
- hydrocodone pills
Deputies say Vaughn tried to hide drugs during the investigation. Wilkinson is alleged to have given the deputy a false name because he had an active warrant for Robbery from the Village of Bolivar.
Vaughn and Wilkinson are both charged with:
- Two counts of 3rd Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (B Felony-intent to sell heroin/crack cocaine)
- 4th Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (heroin)
- 5th Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (crack cocaine)
- Two counts of 7th Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth and hydrocodone)
Vaughn is also facing a charge of felony Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Wilkinson is also facing a charge of False Personation.
