Police in Buffalo have released video showing two persons of interest after a small boy was found abandoned in a box. A daycare provider in the area who came over to help says the boy repeatedly referenced a burning car. A car with human remains was found nearby. The boy was believed to have been visiting the area with his parents and a friend.
