Rochester Mom Fighting To Remove Dog That Viciously Attacked 5-yr-old Son

Alexander The Kindergartner

K&B spoke with Tracy Babcock this afternoon. Her 5-year-old son Alexander was viciously attacked last week by a neighborhood pit bull while Alex was out playing with some friends.

She says her son was saved by a neighbor who came in and beat the dog until it released the boy.

Alex had to have 17 staples to the back of his head and 3 stitches on the bridge of his nose.

Despite all this Tracy says she has to jump through all sort of legal hoops to just remove the dog from the home, let alone having the dog put down for attacking the child.

Tracy has started a petition to get Mayor Warren's attention about the situation.

You can check that out here.
