Here is cell phone video recorded by Dashonda Watford showing the arrest of her 13-year-old son Jusmeir Mitchell & her husband Jesse Noble back on September 19th.
The family, along with community activists including the Rev. Lewis Stewart, accuse the RPD Officers of police brutality for the incident.
