Developer Robert Morgan's Pittsford mansion is apparently pending sale.
Morgan is facing multiple federal fraud charges related to his business dealings (more on that here)
The property was originally listed for $990,000 back in May, but the price recently dropped to $825,000. The listing on the Re/Max website shows the sale as "pending".
The 6,145 square foot house (with 4 beds and 7 baths) sits on 9 acres and has all the frills you could imaginge including: bamboo floors, 3 fireplaces, sauna, 4 car garage and barn.
