Everybody knows Sundays are for sauce (and football). So, what does your spread look like? Here's mine (full disclosure, this was at a charity event I cooked for on Saturday but it's very similar to my normal Sunday set up).
Hand made pasta & sauce
Meatballs (My own.. equal parts beef/pork/veal)
Italian Sausage (Rubino's)
Pork chops (bone in)
Beef (usually short rib)
Eggplant parm (the secret is in the breading.. 50/50 breadcrumbs/parm)
