Video of a 12-year-old boy from Genesee County being reunited with his dog has gone viral internationally. The Pug, Piper, went missing after April Elizabeth Licata let it out in their yard on November 18. After searching for two and a half weeks April got a call from a nearby animal shelter saying they found a dog that looked like Piper. April picked Piper up from the Genesee County Animal Shelter and surprised Carter at school. She caught the moment on video.
