Parents in the Victor Central School District say a bus driver and monitor would not let their kids exit a school bus that stopped 20-30 feet from their posted bus stop. Video sent to The Brother Wease Show shows the kids screaming,crying and tapping on the glass. Parents outside the bus were demanding to know why the driver wouldn't open the door. We do not know what happened inside the bus. Officials with the Victor School District have not released details about what happened.
