Police Say Greece Man With 14 License Suspensions Drove Drunk

A Greece man is accused of driving drunk with 14 suspensions and/or revocations of his license. According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Patrick A. Garbutt, 31, had a BAC of 0.11%. Deputies received several calls about a motorist traveling west in the eastbound lane on Route 104 in the Town of Ontario at around 4 p.m. on Monday. Garbutt is facing 10 different charges including first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, driving while intoxicated common law, driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.08% or more, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, operating with defective brakes, failure to keep right, drove left of pavement markings, moved from lane unsafely, unlicensed operator and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on appearance tickets and is due back in the Town of Ontario Court on Aug. 5.
