Protestors gathered overnight after video appears to show police shoot a black man in the back. The video, posted on social media, shows the shooting from across the street. Three officers could be seen shouting and pointing weapons at Jacob Blake. As Blake opened the driver's side door and leaned inside, one officer appeared to grab his shirt from behind and then fire into the vehicle. Blake is in serious condition at an area hospital.
