Audio: Steve Barnes Told Controllers 'Everything's Fine' Before Crash

Personal injury attorney, Steve Barnes, told air traffic controllers 'everything's fine' before his plane crashed into a swampy area in Corfu, New York. Barnes and his niece, Elizabeth Barnes, were killed Friday morning. Barnes was returning from Manchester, New Hampshire. He was supposed to attend a birthday party for his mother. Barnes, 61, was a partner in Cellino & Barnes. The duo had just been through a nasty battle over splitting up the firm. The flight's radio transmissions reveal are traffic controllers attempted to reach Barnes several times before he finally responded.
