A man from Pennsylvania was killed on Thursday in an accident at a construction site in Rochester. Investigators say a 45-year-old was operating the equipment when it flipped, crushing him. The accident happened on Thursday around 12:30 p.m at 270 East Ave, near South Union Street.The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration, better known as OSHA, will investigate the incident, he said. Police will also conduct an investigation. Officials did not release the victim's name or the company he worked for.
