St. John Fisher College has recorded 52 confirmed cases of COVID-19 over the past nine days.That is one of the highest case totals at a local college since reporting began last month. College officials say they detected a cluster in one of its dormitories.The college says a large number of students have been quarantined or isolated off-campus. Officials say they are seeing an increase in the virus that causes COVID in the wastewater in all of its residential areas. Clusters have been reported at other local colleges in recent weeks.

- SUNY Brockport: 10
- RIT: 6
- University of Rochester: 1
