Clyde Woman Charged With Murder After Husband's Body Found in River

A woman from Clyde, Wayne County has been accused of killing her husband. New York State Police say Rafael Martinez, 59, was reported missing by his family. Three days later, troopers said they worked with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department and CSX Railroad to pull Rafael's body from the Seneca River in Cayuga County. Linda Martinez, 53, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. It is unclear what led to Rafael's killing or how he died.
