Two Men Charged With Attempted Second Degree Murder in Canandaigua

Two men from Manchester have been charged with second-degree attempted murder in connection with an October shooting incident in Canandaigua. Michael Delgado, 24, has been charged with second-degree attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon. Donovan Paddock, 21, was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon.Canandaigua Police were called to an apartment complex on Jefferson Avenue on Oct. 28 for the report of shots fired. Delgado is accused of firing it at another person multiple times. Police say no one was shot during the incident. Delgado and Paddock were taken to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment. Police say more charges are pending, and that the investigation is ongoing.
