Officials say 19 students, a teacher and one other adult are dead after a shooting Tuesday at an elementary school in Texas. The shooter has also shot his grandmother. The shooter was identified as an 18-year-old man. He doesn't deserve to have his name repeated. Police say the shooter had a handgun and possibly a rifle. The children were in second, third and fourth grades. Uvalde is a small city of about 16,000 residents, approximately 85 miles west of San Antonio.
