Subway is looking to expand the ‘Grab & Go” opportunity with the use of new vending machines. The company is hoping to have them available in airports, hospitals, offices, and convenience stores. They are currently testing the vending machine concept in a few areas, including the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The concept machine allows you to use a touchscreen to order from a selection of sandwiches, salads, and drinks.
