Here is a viral TikTok recipe I tried this weekend. You make mini tacos with Jumbo pasta shells. They were pretty good. I didn't make the dipping sauce because I was out of sour cream, but would make it better.
Directions:
In a large pot of boiling cook pasta shells - fully cooked, not al dente
Drain pasta and rinse with cool water.
Cup a pasta shell in your hand and fill with taco meat and wedge of cheese.
Wrap a second shell over the open side of the stuffed shell to form a “lid.”
Spray the bottom of the air fryer with cooking spray.
Cook for 10 to 13 minutes at 400 degrees until shells are crispy and golden brown.
